A company consulted on the export of mobile x ray unit

A customer of a company called us to inquire about our Newheek mobile x ray unit for export. What do I ask the customer’s requirement? What parts need to be photographed or are there any parameter requirements? The customer said that the end customer only said that they wanted a mobile x ray unit, and didn’t say much about anything else. I sent the customer a product catalog of some of our mobile x ray unit products, and suggested that the customer send our catalog to the end customer so that he can select a parameter so that we can make a budget quotation. Customers also think this is not bad, and they will contact us after they have selected a product.
