Is there a so-called “gold standard” for the X-ray imaging system gold standard?

DQE is the current industry-recognized gold standard for x-ray imaging. DQE is expressed as a percentage. For example, if 100 units of x-rays can be effectively converted into 60, then DQE is 60%. The closer this value is to 100%, the less rays are scattered and the less radiation is given to the operator.
From the expression value of DQE, we can also find that the higher the value, the better, and there is no so-called “golden interval”. For the same image quality, the higher the DQE, the lower the radiation dose. The same radiation quality, the higher the DQE, the clearer the image.
